Our servers in Malaysia are located in a secured data centre in Cyberjaya. There are basically 3 servers in the data centre all equipped with ‘Continuous 1-Minute Ping Monitoring’. We shall be notified as soon as the ‘Ping’ returns a ‘Null’ value.

The Communication Server

Handles all traffic related matters between the data centre and the AVL or end user. This includes all SMS and GPRS communications.

The Database Server

Holds all location information that are being polled at the specified time frame. By default, we shall keep your data up to a period of 3 months afterwhich the oldest data will be deleted as the latest data is being saved using the ‘First-In-First-Out’ (FIFO) method. If you should have a need for all historical data, you can download the data from our server as a Comma Seperated Value (CSV) file (Microsoft TM Excel TM format).

The Application Server

Contains the software applications, digital maps and all the business logics that are built to suit your business needs.
